    Good day tsikoters. Balak ko na ipalipat sa aking pangalan ang sasakyan ko na 2nd hand na nabili pa last year. Medyo may problema ako. Sa Cebu pa nakarehistro ang sasakyan at kasalukuyan na dito ako sa Antipolo Rizal nakatira. Ano kaya ang pwede kong gawin? Complete requirements naman. Kung may idadagdag kayo na requirements na posible pa mga maam/sir, pakialagay nalang po. Salamat.

    sir, magpunta na lang kayo sa LTO office to inquire. baka malapit lang sa area mo ang LTO office(sumulong memorial circle, antipolo)

    baka pwedeng ipaayos yan sa LTO Central sa East Avenue... i doubt if LTO local offices can do it.

    Secure mo bro sa pnp HPG clearance, Yung deed of sale dapat notarized saka ka punta LTO sa website makita mo process Pag transfer.

    meron pa isa, di ko tanda pangalan basta clearance sya na walang record na carnap yang sasakyan mo...

    Eto yung natatandaan ko na requirements before ng pinapalitan ko ng pangalan yung car namin:

    1. HPG clearance - nasa may malapit na sa Ultra ang office, before sa may meralco corner Julia Vargaz lang, sa Crame ata meron din.
    2. notarized deed of sale.
    3. Sa HPG pa lang hihingan ka ng photocopy ng 2 valid IDs ng previous owner at kailangan may 3 signature

    Kung saan nakaregister yung sasakyan dun pwede i-process as far as I know. May isa pa ata affidavit hiningi sa LTO pero may mga offices naman sa tabi LTO na madali magpagawa nun.

    Prepare to pay extra if you want to get the HPG clearance within the day.

    Transfer of Ownership of Private MVs/MCs

    Requirements
    Original copy of the Certificate of Registration (CR) or Certificate of Registration Encumbered (CRE)
    Original copy of official receipt of payment of latest MVUC and other fees
    Original copy of the Deed of Sale/ Transfer/ Conveyance
    Confirmation of CR/OR in case the transacting district office is different from the district office that issued the current certificate of registration
    Written consent from the financing company in case of CRE
    PNP-TMG MV Clearance Certificate
    Duly accomplished and approved Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)
    Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover
    Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)

    Procedure
    1. Proceed to the transaction counters and submit all the required documents to the Evaluator for evaluation and computation of fees.
    2. Actual inspection of motor vehicles with duly accomplished MVIR. (This form is available for download here. You can accomplish this form prior to transacting your business at the LTO.)
    3. Proceed to the Cashier when your name is called for the necessary fees and obtain an Official Receipt (OR).
    4. Proceed to the Releasing Counter when your name is called to obtain the Certificate of Registration (CR), plates, stickers, and other requested documents.

    Any Online District Office except PUVRC and PUVREC

    Curious lang.. Sa original CR, under registrant's signature, and assuming sayo nakapangalan, nagssign ba kayo dun or leave it blank?

    Sir tanong ko lang po yung situation ko, nakabili ako ng used car 2012 nailipat ko sa name ko last year. Ibenenta ko naman early this year, ngayon nun magrenewal of regstration na na LTO ALARM siya indicating "w/ notice of encumbrance from BIR dated last year lang din.. ano po ba pwedeng gawin eh wala na yung mga deed of sale ko at ibang docu kasi nga nailipat na sa name ko yung car. Ngayon lng naman ngkaalarm po yan
