What should I do/say if an MMDA is trying to confiscate my license?

Violation is overspeeding, 78 kph, along macapagal. Reckless driving daw yun and he has to take my license.

Its obvious na yung pag kumpiska ng lisensya eh ginagamit nya para mauwi sa bribe yung fine. Sabi ko di ba sa metrobank lang babayaran yan at ibabak nyo lisensya ko, confiscate daw kasi reckless driving yung overspeeding. Malayo pa naman kayo sir cavite kayo eh sa orense pa nyo ito kukunin.

What can I do or do next time para di ako gamitan ng pananakot ng kumpiska ng lisensya ng MMDA. Can I get an MMDA fired for taking my license?

Get the name of the enforcer. Go to orense and file a case. Alam ko bawal kunin license unless involved sa accident.

Btw, afaik dapat overspeeding yan hindi reckless.

You can sign the ticket pero checkan mo yung for contest.. then go to orense sa adjudication office para magfile ng reklamo. Magkakaroon ng hearing so prepare your defense and supporting documents, salaysay, etc na may tama ka. If you win the case, the enforcer gets slapped for the mistake either by suspension or tanggal sa trabaho.

Yan ang problema yung ibang violation ginagawang reckless driving ng mga enforcer para mas mapilitan ka maglagay kasi napakalaking abala at penalty nyang violation na yan.. TS, how come umabot ka ng 78kph? nawili ka or 1st time mo dumaan sa macapagal?

Sa Roxas Blvd ba may 60kph speed limit din?
