Sounds to good to be true.
This would be a win for consumers though.

I park in a seldomly accessed mall and almost all people their know that those parked cars are office employees. Mall is still raking in money on an otherwise would be empty and idle space. Case to case basis though.

Maganda yun bill but should have limitations.

For me, ok naman yung rate na 45php first 3 hours and 10php for succeeding hours (kaso konti nalang yung ganito).
Ang malala lang kasi like sa BGC, first 3hours-45php then biglang 50per succeeding hours na, parang hindi naman makatarungan yun.

This isnt the correct solution. This is merely addressing the symptoms.

The main issue is that buildings and companies do not have enough parking for their employees forcing them to park in malls or public parking areas. Therefore, there is not enough parking for mall goers.

Another root of the problem is public transportation. If there is adequate, reliable and efficient public transpo, it will encourage more people to leave their cars at home.
