transferring car from Cebu to Manila

hi guys, will be bringing car here from Cebu. Do I need to do something sa LTO before ko ma renew yung registration nya dito.

Nothing special naman. Just pay 100 pesos (ata) for change venue. The release officer might ask you to write your Metro Manila address on their copy of the OR. I'm not sure sa bagong system kung ganun pa rin pero as of last year yun lang kelangan.
