EWD Now A Requirement For Registration

I know that this was supposed to be done a long time ago, but now, chinecheck na nila availability ng EWDs prior to the registration of the car. My tinatatak (via pentel pen dun sa EWDs) sa MVI process.

i had registered my car yesterday and pre-requisite nila ito.

Las Pinas LTO.

this thread is to make sure na pag nagpunta kayo sa LTO for registration, dalahin nyo na EWD nyo.

kidding aside, baka yung EWD lang hingiin sa akin nung nagpa parehistro ng auto ko, kasi palaging non appearance auto ko sa registration hehehe

He he he . . . Several years ago, non-appearance ang registration ng car. But, I was required to buy an EWD from the LTO office in Malabon.

EWD is really a requirement before the LTO would register your car, they are somewhat not consistent on this when registering the vehicles.
