    Where is the nearest LTO office where I can apply for a new driving permit?

    I live near Manila City hall....

    LTO office thats easily accessible, through LRT/MRT or short jeep/bus rides....

    another question Registration needs TIN number what if I dont have a TIN number since I am not working yet? :D

    yep LTO tayumanm for TIN naman kung maynila area ka nakatira sa intramuros yun BIR manila office, sa BPI building malapit sa Bureau of Immigration

    Meron din sa espaņa, beside meralco. pag lampas lang ng blumentritt st., bago mag mabuhay rotonda. Mas maganda don kasi konti lang tao.....

    meron sa loob ng tutuban mall sa divisoria. if you go 9am to 10am, wala pang tao, angbilis, tapos makakapagshopping ka pa and babe hunting.hehehehe
