help, i lost my driver's license

i lost my wallet and everything in it.
what do i need, or need to do para mag papalit ng lisensya?

please advice.

i lost mine too a couple of years back, laking abala niyan. well, as far as i remember... i was asked for an affidavit of lost and filled up some papers. yung iba, i can't hardly remember, dagdagan nito na lang mga tsikot peeps.

pagawa ka na affidavit of loss for your license then have it notarized. then file mo kagad sa LTO na kung saan ka huling nagparenew.

nakaka-depress talaga. ok lang yung pera sa wallet mawala (around P3500), pag lisensya kasi para kang paralyzed, not to mention the hassle replacing it.

affidavit of loss, ok.
other IDs, ok.
mga how much kaya. . . para makahiram muna.

affidavit of loss lang. yung fee, parang nagparenew kalang ng license. kung me dagdag man konti lang.

Anyway, prepare ka na lang ng P1,000.00 tyak mapapakain ka sa inis. Apply for duplicate, and submit affidavit of loss. Wala pa yata itong P500.00

update:
i just applied for the replacement at LTO coastal mall (new), and i got my temporary license for P232.++ in less than 20 minutes :whoa: (bilis).
application form and a notorized affidavit of loss lang.
though sa december ko pa daw makukuha yung card :confused: (WTF!) siguro wala silang machine dun. (badtwip :mad
oh well, di na ko paralyze.

just remember,

wag itapon yong resibo, even after you claimed the plasic card, some banks require that receipt as well. This happened sa friend ng sister ko, though it was a PRC ID.
