I bought a car from a Pharma company. included sa sale is sila na bahala sa transfer of ownership. problem is due for registration this month, actually last week pa, yung car.

    TIA!

cars can have their LTO renewed, regardless of who owns it and who is bringing it in for registration. they don't check, as far as my experience says.

late registration penalties are in the lto onlines, po. google them.

required ay ORCR for all vehicles. have also a copy of the deed of sale, just in case.

no need for the orig OR/CR during registration, right? if I remember it correctly, I only bring/submit photocopy of it when I register my other car.

    thanks!

Bro. photocopy of the CR will do....

However, some LTO offices require the original [previous year's] OR. So, bring it just in case....
