    This has got me concerned with how the local police or traffic personnel might misinterpret and enforce it.

    * Unauthorized vehicle modification, including the change of color "and other unauthorized modifications of the standard manufacturer's specifications" - P5,000 plus the vehicle will be impounded and released only upon correction of the defect and the payment of the fine;

    * Operating a motor vehicle without or with defective/improper/unauthorized accessories, devices, equipment and parts - P5,000 (from P150 to P15,000) plus the vehicle will be impounded until the accessory, device, equipment or part is properly installed, corrected or removed depending on the offense and the fine has been paid. Any improper or unauthorized device will also be confiscated in favor of the government;

    I don't really modify but I did add tint to my wind screen as well as upgraded to HID projectors. I hope enforcers don't see this as unauthorised vehicle modification.

    Here's the list of the revised fines and penalties.

    revised revised pa sila eh mga batas trapiko pa lang ngayon di maipatupad ng maayos tapos madalas di pa alam ng mga TE nila. sabi ko nga sa isang thread ang batas trapiko lang dito sa atin ay coding at "swerving" pag gutom ang TE, sa nlex/slex naman over speeding lang. bukod don di na alam ng mga TE kung ano pa ang mga batas trapiko natin. beating the red light nga di ko alam kung color blind ba mga TE natin oh di alam ang ibig sabihin ng red yellow at green sa stop light.

    i doubt if LTO has a definite description of "road worthy". dito pa sa pinas na mahilig sa pasang-awa, pwede na, at pwede pa.

    Kinda OT

    Whats the deal in manila lalo na during the night specifically sa area after bumaba ng nagtanan bridge onwards sm san lazaro. Andaming tow trucks along side road. Hinuhuli lahat ng truck. Heavy traffic ang dulot. Ano oras ba truckban? Or totally bawal na trucks sa manila?

    yan ang issue sa manila sir. 24/7 daw ang truckban. na halata namang hindi totoo. pati madaling araw hinuhuli mga truck. tapos dadalhin sa road 10 ang truck. 4,500 ang babayaran. kaya ang gagawin ng isang negosyante, magbabayad dapat ng escort worth 500 per trip. by that, walang huli. galing ng business nila nuh?

    kalokohan talaga ginagawa nila. pera lang ang gusto. sigurado namang alam ni erap at isko tong 24/7 na to. pag labas road 10 papuntang NLEX pwede. otherwise bawal. so nung nahuli kami. (2.30pm kami nahuli na dapat window hour) nagbayad 4,500 para marelease ang truck. ang problema, paglabas ng road 10 para umuwi truck namin, huhulihin ulit kaya dapat magtawag ng escort para sunduin sa road 10. tsk tsk

    Tilted plate holder and tinted plate covers bawal. May pinansin nga ako nyang tilted plate holder sa car accessories shop kasi may bumibili. After sinabi ko dun sa bibili na bawal (kasama ni totoy yung ermats nya) ayaw na bumili nung nanay. Simangot si totoy, simangot lalo yung shop owner hahaha!
