of the average filipino man's intelligence quotient.
So many people in the streets are just so plain dumb, rude
and inconsiderate.
Being well educated, well bred and well mannered in Metro
Manila in Metro Manila streets is fast becoming a liability
because just about everyone is so boorish.
So much has been said how basura we are as a people and
how damaged our culture is.
So what could probably the deep reason for that? Just when
did it start?

April 6th, 2003 10:57 AM #13Imho, ang pinakapamatay ay yung mga tricycle! :evil: Kasi, ang inginunguso nila ay yung mga pasahero nila. Napanuod niyo ba yung nagkarera na tricycle sa quezon avenue tapos patay yung passenger nung isa? Idagdag niyo pa yung mga bus na hanep mang-cut at magterminal... Hindi naman masama maghanap-buhay pero dapat iniisip din nila yung buhay ng iba. :evil:
