IMO, smaller is better...

I'm hoping LTO gets rid of the windshield sticker... It ruins our tint!

Would be nice if we just attach a sticker on the car's plate...

In a perfect scenario, those bar codes in the new plates? Maybe LTO can put them into good use by providing the necessary information to our enforcers everytime they scan it with their smartphones...

Our phones can scan Bar/QR codes, what if enforcers can obtain registration information and (maybe) owners informaton from our plates...

Will be easier for traffic enforcers to contact the owner of a car to inform him/her that his car is being towed...

Enforcers can also easily see if the car was reported stolen!
