As of now, the power steering has gone dead.

Not really familiar with belts or which powers which.

Would this car still be driveable for at least a few KM? Or should we have the car towed to Toyota nalang?

so steering is really heavy? aside from that everything works? battery charging?

Haven't really checked anything aside from what is obvious.

I'm not keen on letting the car run without a working fanbelt unless I can get a confirmation from someone who's more knowledgeable on the issue.

Will probably call up toyota next week. Closed ata service nila ngayon :/

well if you're sure it's only the belt driving the power steering pump, i drove my car around 5 km without it. it took a herculean effort but aside from that, it was ok. but let's wait for the experts.
