Manloloko ang mga tao sa Toyota!

The first PALPAK service I’ve gone through with them is when a stupid lady from FERNANDO MEDICAL ENT ignorantly accelerated on stopped, traffic-jammed vehicles and hit my car’s bumper and back door. Since my unit was just 6 months old, I naturally want a replacement for the damage parts.

Here comes Toyota doing its PALPAK job na baka pumasa. The damage on my car’s bumper was not visible on the surface, the tearing was at the back so my insurer’s adjuster made a report and issued and LOA for Toyota to replace the bumper. And guess what?! IT WAS NOT REPLACED!! They just repair it! So I did not accept the unit until they replace the bumper. Good thing I checked before I accept the unit.

Another PALPAK INCIDENT happened at Toyota Batangas. KUPAL MGA TAO SA TOYOTA BATANGAS!!!

I went to Toyota Batangas for change oil and consequently request for check-up on my car’s break. After waiting for several hours for my turn for the service, my # was called. Since I don’t have anything to do, I’ve watch my car being service for change oil and check-ups. Guess what? Nothing was done on my car! I’ve watched my car being hoisted up and down….then up again for underneath check-up. The mechanic assigned to do the services on my car just come and go without even fixing anything!

After waiting endlessly, my car was put down and ready for my inspection. I’ve asked the mechanic if the oil was changed as well as the filter…he said yes….I’ve asked if the brakes were checked…he said yes. Right there and then, I’ve called the attention of the SA assigned and complained. At first he did not believe me, so I asked him to ask his mechanic and check the SUPPOSED SERVICES made to my car. When he gets back to me, it turned out that I had a valid reason to complain! MY CAR WAS NOT CHANGED OIL! THE BRAKES WAS NOT CHECKED!

So be warned, CHECK EVERY SERVICES MADE BY TOYOTA!!!

Bro.,- kahapon, ito ang thread na sinimulan mo sa Goon Squad about "Bad experience with Toyota-Batangas!!!"

http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68274

And then, a few minutes later, you started this thread. I guess the first encounter is with Toyota Alabang, right?

yan na nga ba ang sinasabi ko pag sa casa at brand new ang units. hirap talaga sa pinas. mga siraulo service boys ng casa. mas maganda pa nga sa third-party and gasoline stations. kitang-kita mo kung ano kinakalikot. dapat din marunong ka, or may kakilala kang marunong habang kinakalikot kotse mo..

ingat nalang ulit next time. up to 3rd PMS lang naman yata pag sa brand new cars. yung succeeding PMS, wag na sa casa.

ingat nalang ulit. keep it up on checking your car everytime!

Haaayyy, what's new? Yung ibang mas complicated na problems mas ok siguro kung casa; yun nga lang look for the one that's the least evil of them all.

Oo nga napansin ko rin ito. So is the TS saying that the exact same incident happened in both Batangas and Alabang service centers?

Confusing.

a question when you change your oil in Toyota casa:
- do they really put 7L of engine oil (Innova) in your car; not 6L or lesser than that? do they really replace it with new oil that you purchased, not used oil from a different vehicle then put it in your car?
- do they really change the fuel filter or they just clean it and put it back?

since in Toyota, customer are not allowed in the Service Bay Area due to Safety reason(s). So how sure are you with the quality service that you deserve?

At Toyota Alabang and Batangas, you can see what they are doing to your car. When you ask for change oil, make sure that the 7 bottles per liter oil is still sealed.

Filter is usually just cleaned but if you ask for a replacement it will cost you 100. Whatever services you requests have a corresponding prices. At first I thought that filter replacement is part of “change oil package”.

this may be the reason why we see Toyota Motor Oils being advertised and sold in some forum classified ads! kaya siguro nagkaka sludge problem ang mga toyota because these guys are not changing the oil-- stealing it instead!

Toyota Alabang
- I called them today, no one answers their phone, until after having 10th time calling them on their trunk line.... Someone answered and I just asked if Parts section dept. is OPEN, I was told to kindly wait, and I waited for almost 20mins. or might be lesser than that, lets say 15mins as I was only answered that their Parts dept. are CLOSED..... how big is their dept, to take you at least 15mins before you find out that a particular dept. is CLOSED?
Now what kind of Customer Service are they bringing?
even theyre Customer Assistance Hotline, no one answers their phone call

They're just good & provide great Customer Service once your buying an automobile from them, after that, that is a different story....

they should at least address some Customer Service issues as these may lead to having no customer(s) purchasing on their branch.

Di ba dapat pag nag pa service ka lahat nang ginamit even boxes at pinagpalitan ibibigay sayo?

Sa Mitsubishi Lipa kasi box(oil filter, spark plug boxes.. etc), natirang oil, Old Spark Plugs etc... lahat bibigay sayo... Then aftr tapusin nang mekaniko i tetest drive yun nang Chief Mechanic or kung sino mang in charge.. then pag tapos na babalik sayo yung car bubuksan ang hood sa harap mo tapos i dodouble check ulit nang mechaniko lahat nang ginawa nya in front of you even the Oil...

Toyota batangas & alabang sucks!
