Toyota Corolla GLI Big Body Won't Start

I have a Corolla GLI Big body, it's old already, pero ok pa naman performance except for the past weeks, kase nagloko aircon, nagpapalit ng compressor

tapos timing belt, ngayon naman po ayaw mag start kaninang umaga, may redondo, this happened na twice before, pero pag tnry ko siguro pang apat na try ko, mag start naman, battery is new, last november ko palang pinalitan, ang starter ko ok din, kase malakas redondo talaga. I tried starting it kaninang umaga, at wala tlga, hanggang kaka try ko nangamoy gas na nga raw kaya tinigilan ko na. Can anyone help me? everytime nasa mekaniko ako, wala talaga syang sira, bago syang tune up, dinala ko na sya sa dalwang mekaniko eh, pero wala sila makitang sira. Yung air filter ko pala subzero lang na cone type, ewan ko pero parang simula nagpalit ako filter, nagkan daloko loko na sya. D ko naman maibalik yung original dahil nasa pampanga, at nandto ako sa makati, at kailangan kong umuwi ng saturday. Thanks in advance sa magbibigay ng opinions. Thanks!

clogged injectors? dirty or failing fuel pump?

Might be the fuel pump and/or fuel filter. Baka din hindi maayos yung timing nung nagpalit ka ng timing belt. Clogged injecors are a possibility but I've seen 4afe's with really dirty injecors but still start with one click. Kung bagong palit lang yung air filter I think it's just a coincidence na nagkaka problema oto. It's a 10+ year old car. Try starting it with the air filter removed. HTH

Pa check mo rin electricals mo. If ever stock pa rin ang sockets and electricals mo, there are tendency that those sockets get loose contacts due to sludge build up.

still go for standard troubleshooting. you might test your battery or starter first kahit bago pa yan.

1. Battery -check.
2. Spark plugs - check.
3. Electrical system -check.

Malakas redondo 'kamo. May kuryente pumasok sa loob. Then, check your distributor.
Baka may crack na at may bumigay sa loob. Ganito nangyari sa isang 1993GLi namin.

I have the same issue... but im using an XL Corolla 93

Minsan it will start minsan ayaw na... malakaas din redondo.... we checked the distributor.. we changed the igniter, coil and the hi tension wires... surplus kinuha ko para original for GLI actually yung kinuha ko... pero sabi ng mechanic ok lng daw...

pero same thing happens... sinisinok sya... tapos biglang mamamatay engine.... even though you stepped down sa floor... bale wala..

Now, we changed the spark plugs (bosch platinum 4 tip), fuel filter and fuel pump..

Still the same thing happens...

anu kaya problema dito? help guys...

sir ano kaya problema ng corolla ko hirap magstart pag matagal n npatay ang mkina pag ginamait sa umaga tpos sstart uli s gabi kailangan tapakan ang gas para lang sya umandar ano kaya problema dun sir bago battery nya....

Bro, strictly pinapagbawal ang text speak or shortcut of words.

Regarding your problem, is your Corolla an XL or XE? If so, then it still has a carburator. Perhaps the carb needs to be cleaned or overhauled.
