My Friend friend is selling his car (above) to me.
I dont know much about this car specially the problem, & the possible price since this will be the next issue.

Kindly asking for your opinion if this is reasonable to buy, at what possible price, & the pros & cons?

    TIA.

36k is relatively low for a 5 year old vehicle.

If it wasn't flooded then was maintained properly then that car, if given at a good price, would be a good steal.

    Thanks Qwerty & Renz...

    The owner is from abroad.
How about the engine, & its fuel efficiency, is there's something to worry?

The 3.0 D4D V is the top of the line. 4x4. It does not suffer from the engine stall of the lower 2.5 D4D. FC is around 6.7 km/liter city driving considering its a 3.0 liter engine.

it's technologically a good car. the only questions are, how well did owner maintain it, and what's the price?

It's a good car. You won't regret getting it. The suspension of the First Gen Fortuner is a bit stiff but that can be cured with O-Sulee Cushions for the springs or replacing the shocks to softer ones.

Pinagiisipan pa price, ayaw ko nmang pangunahan.

Hopefully ibigay ng 800T to 1M.

I have been in several old Fortuners ( 1 2.7 VVTi and 2 3.0D4Ds ) and based from my observation the suspension "play" isn't that bad at all. Though not comfortable as the sedans, it's tolerable. If you came from an SUV such as the Pajero and the likes I guess you wouldnt notice much of a difference on how the suspension is like.

How about if the price is above 1M, is it still reasonable?
