i have a 89' corolla skd and im planning to give it up for a 94 lancer el. can you give some detailes on the pros and cons of a lancer mejo newbie kasi ako eh. compare to my corolla right now.(w/c is in good condition naman from the time i bought it.

the price is just right ,hindi naman "luge" kumbaga.
can you help me guys , if it will be a smart choice.

1300 cc engine.

Gasoline consumption is around 14 kms/liter.

kung medyo bare yung EL na makukuha mo, baka hindi sya naka mags. stock rims lang sya.

over-all its a good everyday car. if you dont mind the hard steering.

kung 1.6 GL yung rolla mo, baka manibago ka sa hatak.

for everyday drive ok na hatak ng 1.3 el na lancer. a friend of mine owns one and he reaches speeds of 160kmh so hiway. But with the rising fuel prices, titiisin ko na lang ang medyo mabagal ng 1.3 engine.

but if u have an option get a 93 1.5 gli lancer itlog, had one before and matipid for a 1.5 engine
city driving wlang hatawan 11km/l, hiway maintaining 90 kmh 14 km/l. ang 93 lancer gli wlang power options, pati power steering wla.

hmmmm very limited kasi ang mods para sa 1.3L engine ng EL lancer. pero if it's for your regular commute to and from work, it'll get the job done ;)

pero ok din yung EL pizza pang project car :D swap in a 4G92 MIVEC or 4G63 DOHC from a galant GTi, and you're in business
