Wala akong comparison between old model to new model na filler cap, kaya I don't know kung mayroon yan sa avanza na probs...
The "tog" sound I heard earlier could be the tank na nagbend or bumalik galing sa bend position.
Suspect ko noon ay ang "play" ng propeller. So far nawala na ang sounds na yon...sus baka nabend na eto.
I have to check yet my tank kung may sign na ng bend.
DIY na naman ako this weekend sa filler cap check-up for possible clogging.

try ko nga din yung ibang mp3 cd.baka sakali pong pwede rin sa HU ko.ang gamit ko po ngayon ay yung mp3 modulator.

Hey guys! have anyone tried converting their 3rd row seats like the adventure? Hirap kasi pag sa 2nd row pumapasok, laging kelangang bumaba para lang makalabas at makapasok yung sa 3rd row.

Re:HU, naka "G" kayo di'ba, so meaning mp3 player talaga ang HU nyo madam.

LTO kasi medyo diko maintindihan ang style nila.
Like my 92 Lancer, 1989 nasa CR, eh wala pang ganoon na model noon 89 naka-injector na.
Like my cousin Avella, 2009 ang nasa CR....lol.

*cjsdaddy, RE: fuel tank, upon checking the fuel tank, ngayon lang.
Iba ang porma ng avanza kaysa innova.
Ang innova may bracket sa gitna, sa avanza wala.
Wala ding sign na nagdent ang tank ng car ko.
Sa Filler cap, nasilip ko, seems walang barado, baklasin ko eto this weekend.
So the "tog" sounds I heard last 3 months ago yata yon could the propeller or.............maybe the Fuel tank.

mahirap din naman kung sa rear door dadaan dahil mataas eto, like innova or fortuner not unless may rear step board ang sasakyan.

got my avanza yesterday, well as my SA said upgraded "daw mga bagong labas na unit ngayon (im not a tech person, so i didn't mind asking then all) well, for me what is so evident are the corrogated roof and the HU which has a aux input and its an mp3 player already.

first impression of my unit are:

the good staff

HU- mp3 player and aux input
the corrogated roof
the 3rd row set are locking properly
ok lang for my taste, the ride is not that bumpy
cigarette lighter is in the manual pouch, baka mawala daw kaya inaalis sa unit.
ofcourse for me of ang cabin space nya...
i personaly like the color choice - black, parang kauti palang but saw a blue grayish color which is parang mas kaunti palang din.....

the not so good staff

much much of a freebies not even a free gas
tint are not that properly intalled esp the back part
on the toyota check list, the tools stated that there is a plier, well wala yung sakin
not impressed on the quality of the free seat cover, tint and mat.
the door interior is may wrinkles parin at manipis paring yung materials.
medyo mahina humatak as compare to my old old 16v nissan jx hehehehe
indeed short gear on the first and for me even the second,
ganun ba talaga nasa 3000rpm and nasa 4th gear na ako eh nasa 60-70km/h lang takbo ko and ang sakay lang is me and my wife and our combined weight at around 110kg lang?

so far ok parin sakin yung unit and im happy hopefully bumaba fuel consuption ko sa compare to my old car... so far feeling medyo malakas pa consuption since im giving it a hard break in and sinasagad ko rmp nya... probably after 2-days ill be driving her normally......

Sir afaik may warranty issue yan and you are actually converting the vehicle so I discourage you to do that. Safety of passengers on 3rd row will also be compromised, besides mas uncomfortable ang nasa 3rd if jump seat ang ipinalit especially during long drive, baka magka stiff neck sila
