TMP confirms all-new 2013 RAV4 is coming in January

By now, you would have already seen pictures of the all-new 2013 RAV4, which is sleeker, smarter, and somewhat stouter than the model it replaces. It just made its world debut at the recent LA Auto Show, so we were guessing that it should take a couple more months before it arrives on our shores. But according to Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) President Michinobu Sugata, the all-new RAV4 is actually ready to hit local dealerships by January 2013.

Sugata made the rather surprising announcement at a private Christmas luncheon with the press. And more importantly, they gave us a copy of the brochure (complete with all the specs), which we're more than happy to share with you.

Yup! Expensive compared with other brands that has the same specs or better. The 4x2 full option variant seems to be just right at 1.5+M and what I was eyeing to check

3 variants: 4x4 , 4x2 Full option, 4x2 base.

Once the price is released only can we tell which is bang for the buck.

4x2 Full options retains most of the features from the 4x4 except 4x4 (of course), roof rails, leather upholstery, curtain airbags, touch screen, etc....

Saw one yesterday at Promenade. Meron pala tong mga faux carbon fiber accents sa doors and dashboard. OK na rin at least textured. I just find the cargo area a bit small compared to say a CX-5.
