Headlight glass lens removal - Corolla small body

Hello Guys! Help! I need to re-chrome the reflectors of my headlamps for Corolla small body, and it seems that the glass lens is hard to remove. Any ideas or advice on how to remove the lens? I'll appreciate any ideas or comments. Thanks!!!

I have heard that you can remove the lens with a heat gun. I have not tried it myself but i read this on another site. Here's the link. I hope this helps you. Feel free to e-mail me, i'm also trying to make some changes to my corolla.
