Avg. fuel consumption, I reckon it to be around 9-10km/L city driving.

No, parts are cheap. Not Vios cheap, but not Civic-expensive either. It's a Toyota, it should be cheap...

The car is nothing special. Just your typical point a to point b car, just comfortable, and big. Features are commendable as well, for its price, it's already a good deal.

None. Just have the vehicle serviced every 5,000kms and you'll be fine. Toyota service costs and parts are relatively affordable.

I'm using a 2012 1.6E m/t and im happy with it as my daily mode of transpo. I'm doing around 10km/L average. In bad city traffic it goes down to 9km/L while on the highway, my best so far is 14km/L++. I'm using heavier 17" rims so this affects my FC a little.
