2011 Altis?

It doesn't attract me. I don't like it. The front fascia is somewhat similar to the Hybrid Camry, and I just cant find it appropriate for an Altis. It's just out of place, IMO.

The rear is a bit suck-ish. Especially the tail lights, I mean ... come on! couldn't they design a better one ? It's pretty f^ed up.

The interior however, is pretty good except that vios-ish and prius-ish steering wheel. I dunno, up to know ... I still find it ugly.

Well basically that's it. I find the 2011 Altis, ugly and unattractive. I hope Toyota changes their design to a much better one, because with their 2011 design ... I admit, I still find the current one better. Much much better.

+1 sir renzo.. I find the current Altis more sporty especially with the V variant mags .. Mukhang etong 2011, pinanindigan nila na mini-camry ang Altis, ayun, pangit ang kinalabasan tuloy IMO.. It didn't quite blend well..

Making the Altis as Toyota's mini-camry doesn't seem to be appropriate. After all, it cannot be a mini-camry because of it's price and number of units in the road. And to think na, ginagawa din siyang taxi.

Toyota should somewhat change their " way " kumbaga, instead of making it look like a mini-camry, why not change the design or to the least freshen it up for the Altis to stand out in the compact sedan category ?

Because if the Altis stands out, then more units will be sold, more profits will be gained. Eh kung mini-camry nga pero the design is very suckish & inappropriate for the vehicle of that size eh less units will be sold less profits will be gained.

If Toyota is thinking that a more camry-ish vehicle will " hit " the market, then they're wrong, definitely wrong.

But then again, i'm basing my thoughts on the pictures. We still don't know how will the actual 2011 Altis look like.

It may look better or it could be worse.

what this? it look like trying hard cheap looking tail lamp...i like the the gauge though. the grill look ok in quarter angle than current base model. 1.8L ibabalik daw good tmpi a decent power with fc similar to 1.6L ito lang cguro good news but the fl i dunno

Acceptable at the least, although mas okay pa rin yung current design. Tsaka baka hindi naman exactly na ganito yung mapupunta sa atin. Sana lang din may additional features (like ipod usb jack) or additional engine option (1.8L?) para justified naman ang price increase...

The front grille is really ugly. Why dont they just make it like the 2.0V?

The rear lights looks cheap and look similar to Taiwan or China replacement lights for the AE 101.

Disappointed they replaced the steering wheel similar to that of the facelifted Vios. The old design looked closer to the design on the Previa's steering wheel.

The speedometer and tachometer looks cool.

Yung steering wheel eh yung ding sa Vios...

Ok lang yun... Honda does it too with the Jazz and City having the Civic steering wheel...

^ I know. haha. Kakakuha ko lang nung March pero nawarningan na ko ng SA ko na may facelift nga this year.
