Hard starting and idle unstable. carb issue?

Hi mga tsikoteers. Tanong ko lang sana kung saan pwede mag pa overhaul o magaling gumawa at tune up ng carb type engine?

Yung oto ko kasi ay corolla big body xe 1993 at ang problema ko ay sobrang baba ang minor, halos nasa 300 lang kaya sa umaga or basta hindi ma start ng ilang oras ang hirap istart at dapat bombahin ang gas pera umandar, tsaka ang minor unstable, minsan may 300 minsan nasa 700 at pag umaandar na akyat baba ang minor.

ano kaya problema nito? kaya gusto ko patingnan ang carb..

taga antipolo ako sana may mga expert na malapit lang tulad ng cainta or taytay.

Sir ikaw din ba yung may problema sa clutch tama po ba? Ano na nagyari dun.

BTT: baka naman hindi carburador may problema, air filter fuel filter or spark plugs. Change oil tune up po muna sir para sure.

Regarding sa carb issue, bago na ang air filter ko, kapapalit ko lang last week at simota air filter pinalit ko, yung fuel filter sabi ng mekaniko bago pa raw, spark plugs hindi ko sure kung bago o hindi at yung engine oil okay pa raw.

last week nag papalit ako ng head gasket at valve seal dahil may usok so sabi ng mekanic palitan na baka may tama na ang head gasket. pero hindi naman related cguro yun sa hard starting?

cge try ko mag palit ng spark plug at pa tune up ko ulit.

*wiggler, nagpatop overhaul ka na pala.

First try this, go to the nearest servitek pacheck mo timing using timing light and add extra na din to conduct compression testing to check if the top overhaul was done correctly.

Second, bili ka na din bagong sparkplugs yung ordinary as required ng OEM mo if i recall it correctly pwede na bkr6e (pakidouble check sa code na nasa manual or yung OEM na gamit) dyan. or if you dont want gastos eto muna palitan mo, then if di pa din naayos do the first. pero kung ako tatanungin mo pagsasabayin ko tong dalawa na ito kasi mura lang naman sparkplugs at pwedeng DIY or pakabit mo sa suking gas station bayad ka alng ng 100 petot sa mekanico na kakilala mo.

sir ganyan din yung rolla ko lalo na sa umaga... check ko yung manual ng xe, nabasa ko na me autochoke pala ito.. kelangan switch on mo muna then apak sa gas ng mga 10 secs (kelangan sagad hanggang flooring para magactivate yung auto choke). then release mo yung gas pedal then start muna.. mag nonormal agad ang idle mo..

first, i'd check the idling. is the idling screw adjusted correctly? is the idle-up solenoid working?
then i'd check the timing. and while we are here, might as well check the advancing, if it does so.
then, i'd check the sparking plugs. are they oil-fouled? good electrode tip color?
then i'd check the carburettor.
the symptoms do suggest fuel starvation. my guess is, the fuel level in the float chamber is too low, or the passages/jets are blocked.
