    nakalabas na ba ito sa pinas? may taxi driver akong nakausap and meron na raw silang na kuhang mga altis na diesel! nag tanong ako sa trinoma may showroom doon di alam ng agente. tried google...sa india palang meron. 1.4 daw...anyone knows about it?

    Most likely imports. No local diesel. Never has been, probably won't be any for the foreseeable future... the transverse-mounted D4Ds are too expensive. A 1.6 liter Corolla D4D would likely cost 1.2m or more with less specs than the i30 diesel.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    di ba po lagi tayo huli sa launching? India july 2010 nilabas yun altis diesel. siguro in the near future. 2011? pang laban sa mga diesel ng ibang brands (although hindi ka level) like getz,matrix,ford focus...makakatipid din tayo sa liters. d4d. 1.4l common rail fuel system. 8 valve. sohc. lets see in the near future...

    di po tayo huli sa launching... in fact we are ahead than india most of the time.
    halimbawa is fortuner & santa fe... we have them since '06 but it was only launched in india last year
    additional info, preferred dun sa kanila ang diesel plant ang manual tranny
