This car had been abandoned. We don't know much about cars, and when it didn't start, we decided to use the spare car instead. This had been stuck for 2 months. I
I plan to sell it for 70 k as is. We bought it for 105k.

better have it checked kung ano problema so you can command a better price. kahit wag nyo nang paayos as long as alam nyo kung magkano ang pagpapaayos para hindi naman kayo mabarat masyado. like kung battery man ang prob, you can just subtract the price of the battery from the market price to get a fair deal.
in before lock. Style lang ata 'to para mag benta.
This is not abandoned since you are the owner and still have it with you.
mahal sa 75k yan kapag hindi umaandar.
where is as is basis ang ilagay mo sa for sale notice/deed para hindi ka pwede sisihin ng bumili just in case lang.
"ABANDONED CAR"? OR/CR should be in your name or you have a Dead of Absolute Sale sold to you. Sell is as it is, kaya lang babaratin ka. Have it repaired and running kung gusto mong magandang presyo.
ang dating sa akin, he sees value in it still. di ko pa close kasi weird yung dating nya.
siguro kuha ako ng second opinion.
anything else that i need to consider para hindi ako ma goyo? salamat ng marami tsikoteers!!
it is definitely more than 60K. you would probably just need to replace the sparkplug lang...electronic na yata yung contact points niyan.
i would highly suggest re-flushing the oil - probably with a engine flush para maalis yung mga latak na engine oil. Then new oil ulit. Then after 1500km, change oil ulit (para masa-id ang natitirang bad oil).
ganun din sa tranny oil at power steering oil. flush and replace. repack the wheel bearings. replace the brake fluid. replace the radiator fluid... first with distilled water then after a few runs replace again with distilled water and coolant.
siguro aabutin ka ng less than P10k to do all those.
ang alam kong running price ng ganyan can be near P90k... kung walang body repair needed.
Get a mechanic and have him quote you on how much to get the car going. Don't let him know you plan to sell it, else he may not tell you whats wrong - maybe a simple oil change, spark plug change, fuel repumping through the fuel lines, and might just offer to buy it at your loss.
Neglected nga.
Have it checked. If you can just spend 5-10 thousand for repairs, better have it in running condition before selling. If offers more value.
But if you're interested to just get rid of it, why not do a "bidding for as-is-where-is" process. Floor price of say, 50 thousand and post it at the classified section.
