Altis A/T 2003 or 2004 output before I buy..pls help

Good day mga Sir, im planning to buy an altis 2003/2004 A/T, ask ko lng muna sa mga owners ng altis kung good buy pa din ba eto considering 75-80k reading. In terms of fuel consumption magkakaiba kc mga nababasa kong write ups at medyo old post na, also malambot daw suspension kaya magalaw?? At saka poor insulation daw sa bubong at pag umuulan naririnig ang patak sa bubong? PLs help sir bago ko bumili, in terms of looks altis ang gusto ko plus very quiet engine. Thanks, any other pros & cons wil be highly apprecited.

Sa akin 1.6J average is 8km/l city driving super trapik kasi and my route is marcos hi-way > c5> makati. At times 9km/l kapag walang gaanong trapik.

Matagtag lang sya kapag lubak ang daanan.

Di ko masabi kasi wala ako comparison since first car ko yun. Yung patak sa bubong maririnig pero di naman malakas and not irritating para sa akin.

Since A/T sya mas magastos gasolina vs sa M/T counterpart nito. Mas mabagal din acceleration from idle. Sa maintenance naman mahal pa mga piyesa nyan though di naman mahirap hanapin. Engine is dependable.
