It's extremely bad form for a marketing person to sling mud on a competitor. Seriously.
If you want some publicity about your City, the media is the right place to go to, not a competitor of the manufacturer.

hindi titirahin ng toyota ang honda because of the lemon city you might have.. there are lemon vios also, so both of them will just respect each and shut up hehe..

while i share your sentiments on your new city having so much problems, this won't settle anything with honda. baka mas lalo pa nilang di ka i-entertain when you go on with your proposal with toyota.
don't do anything that you might regret even more in the end of it all.
