Need immediate help on my toyota innova D-4D Fuel Filter....

The fuel system warning light flashes na po, pero no buzzer. And i already did the draining of fuel filter water. Pero bat ganun, amoy diesel naman po ung lumalabas hindi tubig? Kinakabahan ako fellow tsikoteers. What to do next po? Hindi ko pa po engine start kasi kinakabahan ako baka sumabog kasi amoy gas ung lumalabas. Sorry mejo magulo ung thread ko.

Diesel yan, di yan sasabog.

Palit ka na ng fuel filter mo, or baka yung sensor mo may problema.

But if sa akin yan, magpapalit na ako ng fuel filter.

sensor? paano to i reset ung light warning system sir? and btw, how much ang fuel filter ngaun sa casa?

Wag ka na sa casa bumili, punta ka Toyorama or Celica, pero mas mura sa Toyorama, OEM rin ang andun.

i had the same problem before. pinalitan ko ng filter.. binomba ko.. kahit anong gawin ko, ayaw mamatay-matay yung warning light. sa inis ko, pinalitan ko ang buong assembly: filter and filter housing. ayun. 5 years na, hindi pa umu-ulit.. kung anong nangyari nung una, ay hindi ko pa alam..

I have the same problem, recently lumabas yung warning light for fuel filter. Ask ko lang sana kung magkano aabutin pag sa casa ko dinala? Salamat sa sasagot!

losses mo lng yung plug sa bottom of filter para lumabas kung me water then restart mo ok na.. just remember san gasoline station ka nagkarga fuel iwas ka muna dun..

I already did na sir. Kelangan ba idrain ung filter if thats the case?
The light stays on paps e, hindi sya nagbblink lang.

nangyari na din yan sa isuzu dmax ko pero drain lang mechanic yung bottom ng filter tapos nawala na actually naitakbo ko pa from naia to cavite wala naman problem.. same sayo hindi nagblink talagang pirmi lang yung warning light

the instructions are in the owner's manual, po.
i just followed it. it wasn't difficult, naman. just expect to dirty up your hands a bit.
the problem was, the warning light refused to go out, even after i replaced the filter.
perhaps if we follow langabe's tip above...
