Tried going up to 145 just for the sake of testing my car's capability. Ok siya at may ibibigay pa but I did that just a couple of times and am not planning to do so again unless it is absolutely necessary.
My ride is the G variant, gas & manual transmission purchased late 07.

Has anyone else hit the rev limiter? I hit it once while trailing an FD Civic.

Only 122kph just recently at South tollway northbound. Revving at 4k. Clear weather. Just want to clear past all vehicles including some Innovas too . Hindi ko na pinatagal, dinadaga na dibdib ko eh, he he he.

Update on speed traps!

The radar trap Innova moved from the Tabang flyover to a maintenance structure just before the Petron Bocaue (southbound of course). The radar Innova is parked past the structure so it can't be seen from afar. They regularly move the trap, so don't go faster than 110km/h from Sta. Rita to Bocaue.

I did 180km/h with A/C on yesterday when I was northbound. It was the first time I did that. I usually turn the A/C off before flat-out runs.

My 2006 Innova E D4D can run 95kph max. Very poor acceleration and the engine almost quits when going uphill so I have to shift to second or first gear. Definitely not clutch problem. Can anybody give any ideas why. I have done 150,000 km and have just replaced the timing belt and reset the Timing Belt fault. New air cleaner and fuel filter. Checked throttle. Can the turbo fan be at fault? It can be turned easily with a finger but when I pull it to one side while turning, it seems to be maganit.
