Toyota PH went all out on the Fortuner. Basically an All-Option Model. We even have the 360 camera system ahead of Toyota Australia.

Would it work in the Philippines? What to expect from the Toyota Fortuner mild-hybrid | Autofun
Reports have indicated that the Fortuner hybrid will still use its 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine, but will be combined with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. It won't be considered a full-hybrid vehicle, unlike the Toyota Corolla Cross and Toyota Yaris Cross. The hybrid system in the next-generation Toyota Fortuner is expected to consist of three main components.
The first is an integrated generator that replaces the conventional alternator, the second is a 48-volt battery and the third is a DC-to-DC converter.
According to Toyota, the new mild-hybrid system will increase the torque figures of the 2.8-liter diesel engine, while giving it better and smoother off-the-line acceleration in stop-and-go situations. The Japanese automaker has announced that the South African and Australian markets will be getting the new technology first, but will later be available in other countries.
I think its a new version of their 360 camera

My dad's current daily drive is the Fortuner GR Sport variant. I get to borrow and drive it from time to time. Comparing the riding comfort of my dad's Fort GR Sport to a friend's Fort LTD, the GR Sport is less matagtag than the LTD. I remember Toyota Pasig's head of sales (he's the one handling us due to family's friendship with the dealer principal) telling me that the monotube shock absorbers of the GR Sport variant make the riding comfort better than the lower variants.
I'd say the GR Sport's riding comfort is 2 notches below the Terra's riding comfort.

Despite being the most common SUV in the country, surprisingly few posts about the Fort here in Tsikot.
Just recently got mine, another addition to the grey garage.
