What seems to be the problem? Is it the Brakes or the ABS?
Better have it check with your casa if the ABS warning light stays on.
first, identify what vehicle you have, then determine if the vehicle only has RWAL or a 2 channel or a 4 channel ABS. a few questions:
1- how are the tires, size and wear pattern, how many percent of treadlife remaining, and the age
2- has the vehicle been lifted sometime before the symptoms appeared (vehicle on jackstands or tires off the ground) and the tires were spun by using engine power or spun manually with the ignition switch on
3- has there been a noticeable loss of braking capability
4- has there been a possibility that the wheel speed sensor wires been damaged by road condition or animal damage
Hi. I was wondering if you were able to resolve this? I have the same problem on my 03 Rav4. Casa SA told me that the brake actuator assembly needs to be replaced. Still haven't found a surplus replacement though.
