before i went there yesterday for my 1k PMS, i put a mark on my filter, just to make sure to easily identify it just in case it wont get replaced.
went there 8:30 in the morning, left my car, got a text from the SA na tapos na around 12PM, total amount 1,380 for the oil, filter etc.
to be fair with them, customer service is A1
now, the panloloko part!
after i parked my car in the garage, i popped the hood then I was STUNNED on what i saw!!! the mark on the oil filter is still there! meaning hindi PINALITAN ANG OIL FILTER, and i doubt kung pinalitan din ba engine oil!
(btw, yung mark na nilagay ko sa oil filter ay 3 scratches using a sharp tool)
UNFAIR PRACTICE, binayaran ko ng buo pero hindi nila ginawa ng tama ang service nila.
hinding hindi na talaga ko babalik dito kahit na malapit pa sa area namin!
