    like the big body corolla 93-97?

    about close to half of taxis in metro manila are of this type, so where will they end up when they retire? like the 96 models which are up for retirement

    will they be converted to private vehicles? so that means there is a chance that you might end up buying an ex taxi car with this?

    They sell it for 35k-50k each. Yes, it becomes a private car after.

    does that mean they repaint it to a private car and change the plate number to private?


    whoa! so that means there is no way of knowing if you are buying a private car or a retired taxi?

    I think dinadala yan sa provinces like Baguio...at taxi pa rin yan.

    Hindi yata pareho ang taxi franchises ng NCR and the provinces. Kindly correct me if I'm wrong.

    dinadala sa cavite at ni re restore, tapos binibenta sa mga talyer/car dealer..

    andami ngang corolla small body 89-92 sa cavite.. nagkalat..

    tanong ko lang.. kung dating taxi ang kotse na nabili mo di ba mas malaki na gastos mo dyan sa maintenance? since pag naayos may masisira na naman?

    pero i doubt siguro na sasabihin nilang lumang taxi yan noh? i mean kung may ganon sana at since maraming new drivers every year na bitin sa budget at matunong ang idea ng mura na project car e di magandang business sana yun :D maraming matututunan sa maliit na project car na luma, easily available at cheap parts, at halos lahat ng mekaniko alam pano ayusin dba :D at kung magasgasan man okey lang easily repaired and remedied
