Even Manny Villar realizes the importance of PNR in his business, as this will make his projects more accessible. This is an ad for Vista Lakefront in Sucat.

As PNR services continue to improve, lot prices near the ROW will gradually increase in value.

I think these sleeper coach will be donated by Japan to the Philippine National Railways. These will be a welcome addition to the 6 brand new diesel trains and caterpillar powered GE refurbished trains of PNR.

It's nice to know that the railway system will be utilized again. Just maintain the clearing of the tracks of "informal settlers." They used the old trains as mobile trash basins, rendering the system unfit for civilian use. The railway system is more efficient if operated and taken care of properly.
