Although i'm an eagle at heart let's give Dr. Carlos Arcilla (UP) the credit due to him and his team for finding the cause of the gas in WT.

"NIGS must be congratulated - because they came in even without a contract signed, realizing how large the stakes were. I understand that Dr. Arcilla used his own money to purchase those crucial explosimeters. Arcilla does UP proud. Honor and Excellence."
