It's common decency to help others in need. While it is true that doing so might also open up yourself to be taken advantage of. It's still your personal judgment call and one that also requires common sense (ie. look at your surroundings for threats and make sure that your car is secure when you leave it, etc.)
Just imagine what you'd expect others to do when you're the one asking for help.
^ I'd certainly do that anywhere as long as I see someone who needs my or anyone's help. For example that guy who couldn't stand up.
Doesn't this video somehow bring a smile on your faces and you somehow feel good inside because you know, that despite how much crooked this world can get, there's still a small percent of good people that's left?
