Kudos! Ngayon lang ako naka experience na 15minutes license renewal.

1. Malinis na opisina (kasi bago)
2. Maganda ang sistema (pati sa drug testing maayos)
3. Mababait at magagalang ang mga tao (hindi ako nahirapan magtanong. Hindi katulad ng mga empleyado sa ibang branch na parang utang ng loob mo sa kanila ang pagsagot nila sa mga tanong mo. Dito, may genuine "galang")
4. Mabilis at serbisyong totoo (kahit lunch break na, talagang tinapos muna nila ang mga nakapila na tao bago sila naglunch break)

Natuwa lang ako. Biruin ninyo, halos magfile ako ng half day para dito. I arrived 11:45am and finished 12NN. Galing!

sir eto po yata yun lto office sa sm pasig near tiendesitas, kung eto po yun for license renewal lang po yun lto office na eto

kahit sa makati MRT ganyan yun nagpa renew ako last year...siguro naman dapat mabilis na sila dahil renewal lang ng license ang ginagawa nila..pag mabagal pa sila ewan ko na lang...hehehe

I'm just curious, when renewing a license diba required na may drug test? So did you bring a certification along with you already?

drug test via urine.. kasama na yun sa bayad..

had mine renewed sa LTO Makati MRT station.. mabilis din..

thanks for the heads up about this place, i didnt even know about it until i read this. (technically it is in sm hypermart)
it took me 30 minutes, the printer producing the license was slow.

anyone knows when to lto branch is going to open in sm the block?

Pwede ba lost license sa LTO tiendesitas? I dropped my wallet somewhere. Hassle.

baka hinde. my wife lost her license. nagtanong kami sa alabang town center, di daw pwede. procedure is:

1. produce a notarized affidavit of loss for the license;
2. present affidavit at the office where you last renewed your license. if this is an LTO extension office like the ones in the malls, they will issue you a paper certifying that your license is legit, DL no, issued, expiry, etc.
3. present certificate at any LTO MAIN office and follow procedure.

i guess pag sa main ka din nag renew mas madali kasi isa na lang pupuntahan.

nilakad namin ito kahapon. sa alabang, took us 10 minutes to get certficate.

pero sa LTO muntinlupa:

papers submitted 1pm

picture taken 3pm!

license released 5pm!!!

at ang pinakamasaklap: temporary license lang!! come back after 3 months for the card :down:
