With today's trend of hybrid, EVs, hydrogen/electric cars, auto service workers need to go to school or go back to school or the "mechanic" sees his demise both literally and occupationally from high voltage/high current if he is not aware and careful with service procedures.
Today's cars are more and more "mechanic proof".
