Brakes Specialist?

Hey guys,

Can someone suggest a shop that specializes in brakes?

For some time now everytime I start my car there's a hissing sound near the pedals paired with the engine shuddering. After a few seconds or more it would eventually stop, then I hear some kind of "whoooop" sound from somewhere under the hood.

I suspect some sort of vacuum leak or a faulty hydrovac / servo. The problem is that the symptom only happens a few times after starting then later on the day it wouldn't occur anymore.
