My Mazda Familia's rust problem on the rear wheel arch

Hi everyone,

My Mazda Familia have rust problems on the rear wheel arch. I'm a car newbie so I don't really know how to get rid of it and how to prevent it from coming back. I've read that it's a common problem for Mazda familias...

yup it's a common prob among familia owners ... to prevent it from worsening or para indi bumalik (pag napaayos mo), just make sure that part is cleaned thoroughly kasi one of our members (ProtegeTech.org) observed that one of the cause is ung maliliit na buhangin na sumisiksik sa nooks and crannies ng wheelwell and rear fender.

sabi sakin ng isang judge(who owns a talyer) nung PTP carshow, he solved that by going inside-out..from the trunk to the wheel well..

kaya nga dapat laging malinis ang ride mo..yung sa isa naming car, may butas na becoz of those sand or whatever na nasta-stuck sa may wheel well.

Hehe, ganyan din samin. Hindi naman kami nagkulang sa paghuhugas, pero talagang mahina.

iisa talaga problem natin sa mazda, sa kakulitan ng kalawang pina latero ko na then bago masilyahan nilason muna namin ng 1 week yung metal na pinalit lahat ng siwang nilinis para sure na walang makakapasok na dumi then sprayed ng pang undercoat naka ilang layers din para sure then presto! after 3 months bumubukol na ulit :lol: tanggal pintura ulit saka yung pati Pero ok naman makintab parin yung pinalit na metal, kaya pala ang problem dun sa pati na ginamit sa ngayon OK na ulit mag 1 1/2yr na
