most likely warped rotors. happened to our van recently. front rotors were resurfaced, no more vibrations.

It could be warped rotors or uneven brake and rotor wear (especially if you're just city driving a lot and the car doesnt see any heavy , long braking. You can try driving at speed while pressing your brakes lightly at the same time, then do a heavy long brake on an empty road. If it doesnt go away then warped rotors is your next thing to check. What car is this if i may ask?

what kind of braking did you do? is it a hard braking? did you press the pedal al most 3/4s to its maximum? if you did, then it's probably the ABS working.

as long as the steering does not also vibrate or whatsoever, it's a brake problem...either there's rotor thickness variation (RTV), runout, etc. or a brake pad not broken in properly.
try adjusting your wheel bearings first (but as per your info brakes are good with respect to biting and pedal distance i suppose).

January 19th, 2012 05:58 PM #6thanks a lot for all your response mga bro....well,I noticed this when Im applying break just to slow down...but if I press hard the break pedal to make a full stop,I didnt feel the wave(up and down of my feet)anymore...so what's exactly the problem bros??...maybe I had to adjust the wheel bearing on my front?this is happening to my isuzu sportivo 2005...
Im not into city driving, because Im in the provice here in bicol...so there is no traffic here...saka maingat ako pag na break, kasi naiisip kong may napupudpod...hehe...di nga kaya maluwag yung unahang gulong ko?kasi nagpa repack ako ng gulong sa unahan a few week ago..thanks again mga bros...
