Brake and Steering wheel

Guys i need help.
Newbies lang me, my car corolla 97 gli a/t
1. Meron squeeking sound pag nagbrake ako sa front side, i noticed it nung nag drive ako na malakas ang ulan, before to that wala nmn.

2. after my ac was repaired, i started to feel the vibration of my steering wheel thats when im in parking or in traffic, pero pag moving wala nmn vibration.

Please help guys.

for both problems mas ok sana ipacheck mo. the brakes it will be hard to say what is wrong without inspecting it.

sa a/c naman baka mababa idling mo and kelangan taasan
