November 26th, 2009 12:19 AM #1Hi, question sana... i was driving at around 50-60km/hr, then biglang may malaking lubak... di ko siya naiwasan so ung isang front tire ko dumiretso sa lubak...
im thinking of buying a new tire, pero nanghihinayang ako sa gastos...
Is it still safe to drive? are there any things i should keep in mind? pls. help.. thanx!

Tama iyan naputol iyong steel lining kaya lumobo.

January 6th, 2010 12:12 AM #7Sorry to tell you dude but that tire is already dead, for your own safety i strongly suggest you replace it as soon as possible. Happened to me once, lucky that you didn't experience a major blowout.

Any major damage to the sidewall means your tire is as good as broken.
By "any major damage" I mean even just the "bukol" you have on the tire. Change it ASAP.
