Balak ko sana magpalit ng shocks due to rough ride kapag dumadaan sa mga lubak sobrang naalog yung car kasi. My ride is a Mazda 3 2.0 with 215/45/17. Anu kaya maganda replacement na shocks?

Some say KYB is stiffer so I'm looking for other brands na reasonable yung price and comfortable and improves the handling. Okay kaya yung Paraut na brand?

Sir kamusta na itong idea of shock replacement for MZD3 niyo? SkyActiv3 din kasi ung akin, although 1.5 lang; napapansin ko rin na hindi siya ganun katolerable sa rough roads. Pansin siya sa not-too-good parts of C5 haha.

Which parts of C5? Avoid the truck lane. Di na sya smooth due to the weight of the trucks. C5 is my daily route so medyo memorize ko na ang mga lubak

Ok naman tire pressures mo? My unit was released with 46 psi on all tires based on the gas station pump na pinuntahan ko right after.

Also try replacing the tires first. The 1.5s came with eco tires so I think medyo matigas ang sidewall nya to minimize deformation and increase mileage.

Mahirap kasi kung shocks agad ang palitan since they are tuned out of the factory to work with the springs and bushings. You might end up making it worse and you lose your warranty pa.

Tire pressure is ok. 36-all as indicated on the door jamb. Hmm, on the top of my head, ung C5 road sa pagitan ng dalawang elevated U-turn on Kalayaan. Inner lane naman ako lagi boss haha. Mahirap din siguro ayusin pa yun kasi mag-iinduce ng heavy traffic on C5.

Wala naman masyado lubak dyan sa inner lane in that area. Avoid mo lang ang butas sa NB. Inayos na yan actually. Nilagyan ng asphalt layer. Mas grabe yan dati

The worst part on C5 is on the truck lane SB side between the Libis stoplight until the Ortigas flyover.

Ay hindi ko pala nasabi. Hanggang Pasig exit lang ako na part ng C5.

Sir yung sakin hindi pa SkyActiv. Nag pacheck ako ng suspension and may mga kailangan na pala palitan. I replaced lower arm, stab link shocks and mounts but front palang napalitan eh next time yung rear naman.

May mga part nga talaga ng C5 na dami imperfections and nakadaan ako after I replaced the shocks and napansin ko gumanda nga yung ride comfort. But in your case sir your car is new eh so I think okay pa suspension niyan. Pero as I have read stiff daw kasi talaga suspension ng MZ3 for sporty handling that's why I opted for a replacement for a balance in comfort and handling
