where can i go for full car check up beside sa casa?

hello guys, i am no expert in cars that is why i am asking for your help.

can you recommend a talyer that have full general check up sa car besides sa casa? kasi parang pag may lubak ang sakit sa katawan and para ma check na rin ang lahat ng mali sa car. i am planning to buy a new car maybe 2-3 years away pa. ok lang naman sa casa pero if there are other alternative na mas cheaper but as dependable, mas ok

by the way ang car ko is 2003 honda crv. medyo hindi naalagaan ng dad ko yung siya gumagamit kasi hehehe.
