This was taken from the website of hcgalvin of whitepine adventure club based in Idaho, USA. I highly respect this husband-wife team who has done every possible modification they could think of inorder to transform their Sidekick to one extreme killing offroad machine. Yet they found time to write a simple step by step do-it-yourself guide on how to do a 3-inch body lift and 2-inch suspension lift. Very detailed. Hope this would serve as an encouragement to my fellow Vitara owners out there who are contemplating on doing a body and suspension lift as well. Check out the link below:
Well, if you'd rather let someone do the dirty work, you can always bring your Vitara to Rod of Filmar Katipunan. Just 1 1/2 days needed for a 2-inch body lift for a very reasonable price.
Just wanted to share a few photos of their offroad machine:
oo nga, pasahin mo muna yun.
tapos, wasakin mo muna ang natitirang buhay sa ifs mo (yun ang recommendation ni wolf den). after masira, saka mo na ipa-solid axle. hehehe :D
Can you give me your contact person and his number sa filmars? I plan to have my Pick-up bodylifted. Mga 2" lang naman. I hope kayanin nila ng 1 day. Please PM me.
I tried the strut mount flip to compliment my 1" coil spacers.......well, it was not as easy as I thought, you need to modify the bolts when you reverse their orientation......mahirap din tangalin yung bolt ng shocks, you'll need a plumbers wrench to counter the force that you'll apply. But, overall It's worth it!!
