    Can certain shock absorbers lower ride height slightly? How? If yes, what are the brands and where are they available? Thanks in advance.

    yes... they are shock absorbers like that... bilstein & b+g are some of the best known brands... what car are you driving btw?

    actually, it is more advisable to install first sport shocks than lowering springs - since lowering springs will usually shorten the lifespan of your oem shocks.

    you can go for TEIN or KONI. mga 30-35k per set for fully adjustable shocks.

    teins are in the 70k range na. not really for the budget conscious.

    konis are also 40+ na last i heard...
