Are there any reliable shops in the South Metro area that do brake disc resurfacing???

My car is a 1986 Mercedes Benz 260E...

try checking-out customer's cradle bro. i know they do reface rotors but i haven't tried that particular service of theirs yet so i can't comment re quality of work (on rotor refacing)

Saw brake rotors of a Honda Civic being resurfaced at Minerva Tires West Gate... I just want to gather data before biting the bullet...

I wonder if anybody has experiences on the Sevitek in front of Toyota Alabang??? Me nakita din akong torno dun eh....

It's just my being OC......

I've been using it regularly whenever I'm home pero the rust on the discs don't seem to go away.... The brakes still work fine though despite the rust spots...... I'd love to see a really clean rust free disc face........

i have not done any disk resurfacing in servitek bro, but generally, i am fully satisfied with their service.
imho for rust, as long as smooth ang braking and walang warping, no need to resurface. normal lang naman ang rust sa rotors depende sa surface nya eh.

imho for rust, as long as smooth ang braking and walang warping, no need to resurface. normal lang naman ang rust sa rotors depende sa surface nya eh.

Rust buildup on the discs is normal for car not used regularly. You should've seen the rotors on my MB's ....... Puro ikot-ikot lang sa village ang takbo .. .

If there's no disc warpage, no need to reface ... IMHO

Iyon naman pala bro.docgorio,- ganyan nga talaga kapag hindi ginagamit ang sasakyan,- may kalawang sa discs.....

Isang matinding preno,- tanggal ang mga iyan....

Personally,- ayaw kong magpa-re(sur)face ng disc... unless bengkong (warped) ito..... Machine grinding kasi... I'd rather use my brake pads to clean it...
