Pajero Gen 2.5 Brake Pedal Problem

I need your inputs guys for this problem of mine.
Here are d details of my problem:
My speed is about 80- 90kph reaching sa toll gate so alalay ang apak ko ng brake at nangyari ang break pedal ko po ay nagbounce back parang kinukontra nya at nanginginig ang manibela. But, pagbiglain mo apply ng break hindi naman. I try also to test in low speed at alalay lang ang break ok po naman.
Resolution:
1.) Camber, wheel allignment and balancing at replace new tires.
Status: The same pa rin.
2.) Change all suspension bushing front and rear.
Status: Still the same.
3.) Overhaul caliper and piston.
Status: still the same pa rin.
4.) Reface front and rear disk and pads.
Status: Feel k lalong lumala at malakas po ang vibration.

Guys, Please help me naman and I am so worried at baka lalong lumala ito.

Bro have the hydrovac checked also. Baka kelangan palitan na yung mga valves. Meron naman repair kit na available.

Thanks a lot... Yun din ang suspect ko bka hydrovac prblem...but wala naman bawas un fluid at walang tagas...

Bro yung walang tagas is not an indicator na walang problema yung hydraulic system mo. Other possible reasons maybe the presence of air in the line, blockage, dirty fluid etc. Have these things checked first. Yung repair kit (if that's the problem) ay set kung bibilhin.

guys,
help me naman to solve my problem.
Dinala ko po un auto sa dealer ng mitsu parts at doon k sana ipagawa un overhaul ng hydrobac at bka sakali makuha un problem na ito, but the mechanic explain to me the logic or flow of hydrobac once it is deffective. He pointed out the culprit is the rotordisk that is not already even kahit na reface na. Ang sabi nya bingkong na daw at hindi 100% pantay kaya pagalalay ang preno mo kinokontra ng hydrobac kaya ang tendency mag bounce back sa pedal.

It it true, please help me naman.

most probably its your rotor.... had the same problem before, nakuha naman sa reface ng front and rear.. btw, did you change your pads??

Bought a 2nd hand 03 field master, ang ingay ng brakes pinalainis ko na pads at sabi ng mekaniko ko at nakita ko makapal pa naman. Pag ka linis umokey tas after 2 days umingay uli. Bat kaya ganun

^^^ ditto. i changed the OEM pads to bendix nung naupod...and it's considerably noisier. but braking is still the same.

Un pads ko po ay makapal and almost half pa lang ang nakain and I use EOM pads.

Guys, do you have an idea how much a rear rotor disk cost for gen2.5?
Sa mitsu prime dealer ng OEM, it cost P2,800/pc tama lang ba ito un pricing nila or sa ibang autosupply mas mura? any recommendation....

Warped or uneven na ang rotors ng rig mo. Have it checked by a competent shop/mechanic kung pwede pa ipa reface sa machine shop. If not you have to buy a new one.

i used cheap pads lang on my pajero RICO brand, satisfied naman sa braking power but it squeeks a lot even though the pads are clean.. so sa material na yun...

question is, will this do damage to my rotors???

yup, rico is known to be noisy. it probably won't harm the rotor but is really irritating.
