aside from the obvious reason na kalbo na yun gulong, may general rule ba ang pagpalit ng goma? depende ba ito kung ilan taon na yun tires mo o kung tumakbo na ito ng ilan number of kilometers?
First thing to look out for is the tread wear indicator, if matches height with your present tread, be on the market for a new set of tires. You could be risking hydroplane on wet roads and loose grip on curves.
Unmounted rubbers can be stored safely for 5 years or more.
also, change the tires if they have cracks sa sidewall or kung may lumulobo na sa tread. this means the integrity is compromised na which could lead to a blowout when you don't expect it.
*frt: yup, i'm from pb too. thanks for the welcome.
thanks peeps for the infos.
nalubak kasi ako at highspeed. nagkaroon ng dalawang 3/4" crack sa sidewall yun right front tire ko. pina-vulcanize ko kaso lomobo na. i guess i need to change it. sayang, makapal pa naman. 18 months palang at 20T kms palang ang itnatakbo.

i need to buy a pair right?
yes, replace those tires asap. pag lumobo yung sidewall mo, it means the tire's structural integrity has been compromised. delikado yan especially with a high-speed blowout.
