mt will always be more expensive than a/t tires cause mud terrain has thicker threads to run the mud.

Mas mahal yung mga 'specialist' tires like mud tires. Siyempre depende pa din iyan sa brand. I think Korean M/T's are just about the same price as Japanese A/T's.

    yun na nga eh.
baka naman maliit ang demand vs. AT tires kaya mataas ang cost of production.

the market demand notwithstanding, mas mahirap gawin ang M/T dahil sa grooves. assuming each of those blocks have to live up to certain specifications, this means a lot more work than the weaving involved in a normal A/T tire.

...mas madali pang mapudpud ang M/T, mas mahal pa

mas mura ba AT tires vs. MT tires?
